I have the Sweet Life by Dolce Vita Lace-Up Sandals (only $58) and they are insanely comfortable and look great particularly with fitted pants! The Sass and Bide Black Rats leggings are thicker (better made) version of your American Apparel leggings but are a bit more expensive at $180, the leather tassle earrings are a fun edition for only $9.99

Also I just got the MAVI Lindy jeans in Bleached Boho ($108) and they are fantastic! Super high quality with the perfect amount of rips and tears! Plus they are loose enough on the bottoms that you can roll them up thrown on some killer heels and a tank and roll out! The 90s really are back!
