Suh-weet Potato.

While perusing my sad 'super busy lady' fridge, my friend and I found some sweet potatoes and decided to get experimental. The results were AH-mazing. Nothing too crazy just some baked sweet potato fries + Greek Yogurt dipping sauce, but it took about 40 minutes and was out of this world! Above is the recipe, be ready to impress!

Don't worry, I am not one of those bloggers that makes her own pizza dough from scratch or leaves things marinating in exotic sauces for hours. Who has that kinda time? However, I am one for a stiff drink after a long day. When I stumbled across these lovely little (read easy) recipes at Cherry Tea Cakes blog, I couldn't resist! First, it will make you look super fancy to mix a cocktail with your homemade basil-lemon soda. Second, you know these kinds of drinks go down like water (ain't no shame in that game)! Enjoy!
