I love the new collaboration between Soludos x Opening Ceremony. Lots of ikat, indigo, and stone wash patterns! Plus these shoes are absolutely ideal for the summer time!
Okay my obsession with tribal prints is kinda out of control. I admit it. But how cute is that pillow? and that purse? I have had major ADD with regular work which means my rate of perusing the internet is through the roof. The fruits of my labors are yours to feast on! Get those sexy shoes, that see through bra, that crazy ring, and those ray bans and then tell me all about it..
You know when you are feverishly browsing for clothes and have say 30 + tabs open and are switching quickly between all of them weighing the options + adding accessories + BAM safari says it has to quit and all your hard work + labor goes kaput! Well that is exactly what happened when I was creating these inspiration boards and now for the life of me I cannot remember where I found the items! I know the beige dress is from Zara + the patent boots are Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony, but the rest are a twisted blur of my shopination. Apologies but I figured the visuals could serve as some sort of inspiration!
To know me is to know my Schwartzman obsession and my Coconut Record Obsession. To know me is to know my fashion obsession. To see these two things together? I DIE.
In celebration of Opening Ceremony's s/s collection "To celebrate the grand opening of our new Ace shop, Humberto enlisted friends and budding directors Gia Coppola and Tracy Antonopoulos to create a short film featuring friends of O.C. Kirsten Dunst and Jason Schwartzman. Kirsten and Jason, who are decked out in recent arrivals from O.C.'s S/S2010 collection, share a sweet and playful chemistry, very artfully captured by Gia and Tracy on this nostalgia-inducing, vintage-feeling montage. "We were influenced by 60s New Wave films and my uncle's house," said Gia. Jason lends both acting and musical talents for the short film, which features the song "Is Sound OK?" from the Davy, the most recent release from his musical project Coconut Records. Expect more from these two talented directors in the next year: Gia recently graduated from Bard College, while Tracy is finishing up at NYU's Gallatin School. Check out the video here!"
