I have an appreciation for illustrators and I have an appreciation for designers so when I designer creates a collection inspired by illustrations I am all over it.
Biba founder Barbara Hulanicki created a capsule collection for Topshop and the beachwear is adorable! Not particularly my style but adorable none the less.

Gold Leaves & Alps

I fell in love with Gold Leaves/ ALPS Photostream and then fell head over heels when I saw her shop on ETSY. I literally drag and dropped so many images.... my desktop was covered! The whimsical feminine illustrations are gorgeous and the collages have a fantastic vintage feel. I want these all over my wall!

Sarah Hankinson (an Aussie illustrator) has an artistic style that is playful + fashion orientated. Her rendition of Kate Moss is spot on and though very minimalist the drawings invoke a visceral reaction that will make you think "This girl looks familiar?"
