On the real, the last time I wore a velvet dress was for my first communion. Velvet is one of those fabrics that borders on tacky but when worn right can look killer! (This is true for men as well). So when I was browsing American Apparel and Velvet Leggings popped up, the first thing I thought was, ew. However, I kinda like the velvet collection, the red velvet dress is perfect for a Holiday Party and the those green velvet leggings are dare I say, cute! See for yourself.
