Thinking about...

I'm thinking about dying my hair when it grows out a bit more so it looks like this. Hmm, thoughts? This excludes my mother who puts dying hair right up there with smoking crack.

Love you in dark hair
ReplyDeletehaha, my mom too. I think it's really all about your complexion and natural hair color. If you are blond-ish already then you're probably fine. If you're not, maybe take a trip to a wig shop and try on the color first??
ReplyDeleteI discovered your blog a little while ago and have really been enjoying it btw!!
do it do it do it!!!
ReplyDeleteim a big fan of changing it all up every year. i dyed it blonde because i couldnt cut it super short like i do every summer (in an attempt to capture some gainsbourg/doillon/olsen allure i am growing my hair) hahaha.
DO IT! My hair used to be that color and I miss it dearly.
ReplyDeleteOh and you blog is really great. I am linking you.
noo...It looks so awful when naturally dark haired people dye hair to platnum. Maybe some auburn for your hair would be great.
ReplyDeletehaha, I loved the dying-smoking crack comparison
ReplyDeleteYou'll look great
Mothers are so funny. Mine says my hair looks messy in my blog and that it should look more like Lady Melbournes.........Blonde: I say do it - experiment, shake it up a little. xfrancis
ReplyDeleteDo it! And definitely splurge to get it done professionally...you wouldn't want your hair to fall out going from one extreme color to another... i wouldn't be surprised if you'd have to make two trips to the salon. Ice!
ReplyDeleteAaahh I'm iffy about hair dye. I'm not into it because I hate hate hate the upkeep and having to schedule appts and what not. I've been lucky recently though because two of my best friends finished hair school a year ago so they practiced on me. But I ended up dyeing my hair back to dark after short lived chunky blond highlights. It was hard to color it back, and the color has fully grown out yet since my hair is naturally very dark. But, I say take a chance, you never know what will happen!
ReplyDeleteAH! Thanks everyone for the comments
ReplyDeletePS: Joann is my mom!
Will keep you posted on my bravery, bank account, and follow through :)
so did you totally bleach your hair? it's so cute that your mom leaves comments on your blog. ahaha!
