Ponder.

I always watched movies where women in the workplace were treated less than fair and often times horrendously bad and wondered why they would stand for it?

As my social psychology professor told me during a class in London... "today we have modern sexism where people will say what they think the can get by."

Whether they are small quips, not taking a woman's opinion seriously, or simply sexist comments masked by humor...it is definitely present. And my office tends to be one big mindfuck of sexism and agism. sucks. But at least I work with 3 fabulous women who can roll their eyes with me when my boss says something like, " It's like sex with no foreplay".
