Fantastic boots for cheap. Not cheap like 200 bucks more like 50 bucks cheap. It's funny how forever 21 and target are considered "cool cheap" yet payless still gets a bad rap in fashion forward circles. Well I think the tides are turning especially with Abaete new collection.
